• ​When visiting the Shimano Experience Center, you are obliged to show a valid QR code and your proof of identity before entering.
• Stay at home if you have any of the following complaints: cold, runny nose, sore throat, mild cough, fever (from 38 ° C). You can only go outside again when you have no complaints for 24 hours. 
• ​Stay at home if someone in your house has a fever (from 38 ° C) and / or symptoms of shortness of breath. If everyone has no complaints for 24 hours, they can go outside again.
• View which rules apply to entering or check our website.
• For group bookings and events applies; Arrive at the agreed time, groups may arrive no more than 5 minutes before the agreed time.
• Go to the toilet at home prior to the appointment / visit. In order to limit toilet visits.
• Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds prior to the appointment / visit.
• Visitors do not enter the workshop, unless there are urgent reasons.
• Always follow the instructions of the personnel.
• Don't shake hands.
• Keep 1.5 meters away.
• If possible, pay preferably with pin or contactless (pin or mobile).
• The Shimano Experience Center and the event / meeting rooms are all 1.5 meter proof. It is forbidden to slide furniture.
• Disinfectant is available in the Experience Center and Event Center, guests / participants are obliged to clean their hands with disinfectant upon entering the room.
• The toilet areas, door handles, banisters, lift buttons, etc. are cleaned extra.
• The rooms are disinfected before every meeting or activity.
